NIBL ROM Files 2400 baud, bit 7 bug fixed

These hex files are the NIBL low and high 2716 EPROMs for the Bits of The Golden Age Nibbler workalike board. The baud rate has been changed to 2400,8,N,1 and the bit 7 bug has been fixed.
